Saqr Nasser Al Raisi is a mixed-use development on Plot C-39, Road 21, in Madinat Al Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, combining commercial and residential spaces close to schools, healthcare facilities and retail centres. EPM provided project management services to SEAPAL Contracting on the project.
