Claim for Extension of Time
The building is a prominent addition to the skyline of the island. Najmat Tower creates a lively ground plane, with two double-height retail podiums that connect to the pedestrian boulevard beside the canal. The towers offer a combination of luxurious one, two and three-bedroom apartments with roof terraces, a panoramic swimming pool and a spa.
The project comprises two separate towers with three basements, two podiums, ground floor and 24 floors with 400 residential apartment units over a total built-up area of approximately 92,000 m
2
.
M/s. Emirates Technical Thermal Systems Co. LLC was awarded the MEP Works package.
EPM was appointed for preparing EOT Claims for the MEP Works Contractor.
