AKOYA is a completely self-contained community emphasising a tranquil lifestyle and green living, away from the busy city but with easy access to its business and leisure hubs. Set around an international golf course, there are community swimming pools and playgrounds in each cluster of homes, with beautifully landscaped streets and parks.
A huge community centre will offer a supermarket, retail and dining, along with a gymnasium and clinic. In addition, a school and family park will soon open in Golf Verde, which offers a collection of apartments for sale in Dubailand with resort-style amenities. A nursery, hospital and mosque are also planned.
